Healthy snacks you can grab and go

We joined Andrea Moss of Moss Wellness in her kitchen to discuss snacks that you can grab and go. As photographers and event industry people, we are constantly running around, whether it is a wedding or a long day of shooting or meeting with clients. Throw in a food allergy or two and you could spend the whole day starving. It can be hard to always plan ahead, so Andrea compiled some of her faves that can be grabbed at most convenience stores.
