Easy breakfast options with Andrea Moss

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It energizes your body, gets your digestion moving and prepares you for the day. If you are heading out to a wedding or long shoot it could be awhile before you have a chance to eat another meal, so making sure your body has fuel, is very important.

Not only is eating breakfast important but eating the right kinds of foods. You need to have protein, healthy fats and either fruit or veggies. Empty carbs like muffins, bagels and croissants will leave you hungry and craving junk food.

Breakfast Smoothie – full of healthy fats, protein and fruit

3/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp of shredded unsweetened coconut
